Start Time

4/14/2021 7:30 AM

End Time

4/14/2021 12:30 PM

Beginning the week of April 12th Liberty High School will be hosting the PSAT 9, PSAT 10, and SAT (11th graders) for all enrolled students at the school. No sign up was or is necessary for these tests. Students only in those grades may take the tests. Parents/guardians who do not want their student(s) to take any or all of these tests this year may opt out by completing the form connected to this link. Tests will be given on the following days: • April 13th – SAT (Juniors only) • April 14th – PSAT 10 (Sophomores only) • April 15th – PSAT 9 (Freshmen only) Testing will begin at 7:45am, so students need to be in their rooms by 7:40am at the latest. The doors to the building will open at 7:20am each day. Most testing will be completed by noon with the exception for those students taking the SAT with the essay portion, and any student with extra time accommodations given by College Board. Students must wear their student ID’s, wear a mask, bring an approved calculator, and bring several #2 pencils. No mechanical pencils are permitted for testing. All electronic devices (phones, computers, tracking or smart watches) will not be allowed in the testing rooms. We suggest leaving them at home or locked in their cars on the day of testing. Students may bring a snack or drink with them, but they will be placed at the front of the rooms until the allowed break time. Transportation is provided each day for students with a normal pick-up time in the morning, and a pick-up time at 12:30pm at Liberty each day to bring them home. Students needing breakfast and or lunch on their testing days must pre-order their meal(s). Pre-orders are due by Friday, April 9th. Use this link to complete the request form. Students will be provided asynchronous lessons from their teachers on Tuesday, April 13th and Thursday, April 15th and there are no scheduled class times on those days. Teachers are not available until the afternoon on all testing days to respond to questions or emails because they will be proctoring the examinations. If your student has not created a College Board account, we encourage them to do so. This will allow them access their scores at any time once they become available. Also, College Board does allow for students to send up to three SAT score reports for free to any college or university of their choosing from their website. Finally, the testing room rosters are being posted in the commons area downstairs near the main office beginning Monday, April 5th. If you have any questions, please contact Michael Sibley at michael.sibley@asd20.org. Respectfully, Michael Sibley Assistant Principal
