Operating Norms

The school will open to students at 7:20 a.m.

All students need to have their student IDs visible – either on their lanyard, hanging from their pocket, or hanging on their backpack.

The school will close to students not in after school activities or help sessions by 3:15 p.m. for building cleaning. 

All students are reminded to continue to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer to keep everyone safe.

Inclement Weather Schedules

First Two Snow Days

The first two declared snow days by Academy District 20 will be full closure days with all classes and extra-curricular activities cancelled. No students or staff will report to Liberty High School.

E-Learning Day Schedule

After the first two declared snow days have been exhausted, all middle and high schools will transition to synchronous E-Learning days for any additional snow days that are announced by Academy District 20. Students will login to their scheduled classes with their teacher and classmates. All students are expected to be engaged in e-learning days. No students or staff will report to Liberty High School. Rather, they will connect through their Microsoft Teams accounts.

  • Blue 1 / Red 1: 9:45 – 10:45 a.m.

  • Blue 2 / Red 2: 10:55 – 11:55 a.m.

  • Lunch: 12:05 – 12:35 p.m.

  • Blue 3 / Red 3: 12:35 – 1:35 p.m.

  • Blue 4 / Red 4: 1:45 – 2:45 p.m.

Two-Hour Late Start

In the event of a two-hour late start, all students and staff will attend Liberty High School on a delayed schedule. Classes will take place on campus and no synchronous e-learning will be available.

  • Blue 1 / Red 1: 9:45 – 10:45 a.m.

  • Blue 2 / Red 2: 10:55 – 11:55 a.m.

  • Lunch: 12:05 – 12:35 p.m.

  • Blue 3 / Red 3: 12:35 – 1:35 p.m.

  • Blue 4 / Red 4: 1:45 – 2:45 p.m.
