Technology is incorporated into almost everything we do at Liberty. Many investments have been made over the past few years to enhance the learning experience with technology.

Learning technologies include:

  • An Academy District 20 issued laptop is available for every student. For more information, please visit District 20’s webpage about the district provided devices.

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • 3D Printers

  • Robotics

  • Autodesk CAD

  • Adobe Creative Cloud

Liberty technicians support:

  • Over 1900 students, staff and parents.

  • Over 2300 Windows based devices provided by Dell and Microsoft.

  • CAD/3D/Electronics Lab

  • Building Trades Lab

  • Auto mechanic Lab

  • CNA/EMT Lab

  • 2 Digital Arts/Photography Lab

  • 2 Business Labs

  • And much more

In order to use the technology at Liberty High School and District 20's network, students and parents must read and agree to Academy District 20's Technology Guidelines and Responsible Use Agreement at the beginning of each school year. This is done through Extended Parent Portal, in conjunction with Liberty's Student Handbook.

As mentioned above, technology is used in almost every class at Liberty. It is expected that every student will have a working laptop or tablet. If students want to bring and use personal devices at school, the Liberty tech department cannot provide technical support for those devices.  However, we will support the use of digital tools and access to the wireless network.

If students, parents, or staff have issues or questions regarding technology, please contact the Liberty’s technology department at LHSHELP@asd20.org.
