Liberty's Knowledge Bowl is a curricular student club led by Social Studies teacher Denise Thoreson and TAG coordinator Judith Gaughan. The group practices and competes in teams of four to six students in regional quiz bowl-like events throughout the year. The events involve both written and oral responses, and teams earn points in each round. Liberty's team placed first on October 7, 2023, at an event hosted by Manitou High School. The group then competed at Woodland Park High School on November 11, among twenty teams from ten schools. Liberty's "A" Team earned third place. Congratulations to the LHS Knowledge Bowl team and their staff sponsors!
