Liberty's National Honor Society partnered with UC Health and The American Heart Association to bring a hands-only CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator) training to students on Thursday, February 22nd. 17 Students learned life-saving procedures and practiced on dummies. Heart health is incredibly important, no matter how old you are. Our goal was to train as many students as possible to ensure that lives at risk do not become lost.

Between this training and our online efforts with the American Heart Challenge and Finn's Mission, Liberty educated 76 students in hands-only CPR, Signs of Stroke, and Say-No to Vaping and raised over $3,200 for The American Heart Association.

Thank you all for your support!
