Liberty's Yearbook is hot off the printing press and ready to be placed in the student's hands on Friday, May 10th. It features photographs recognized by Walsworth Yearbooks as technically and artistically outstanding. Tazlynn Prigge (10th grade) won first place in Walsworth's "Clubs and Student Life" category for a photo of the pie-in-the-face event at the Homecoming Tailgate. Ava Lund (12th grade) won an honorable mention for the "Sports Reaction" category. Her photo captured Liberty's softball players after the seniors' final game.

The Walsworth Photo Contest is an annual event with 8 categories for high school photographers to enter. Over 6500 students entered the contest nationwide this year. Tazlynn and Ava were highlighted in Walsworth's Photo Contest Gallery. For first place, Tazlynn received a personal letter from Don Walsworth, the company's CEO and $250 in prize money.

Congratulations Lancers! We are so proud of you and excited to see your work in the 2023-24 yearbook!
