Our cheerleading team hosted a Kiddie Camp for students kindergarten through 8th grade on Saturday, September 3. The campers learned dances, cheers, jumps, and beginner stunts. They had fun playing games and working with their Lancer cheerleader mentors.
Campers joined cheerleaders at the Liberty football game on Thursday evening, September 8, for a halftime show at the D20 stadium. The campers watched the first half from the sidelines then joined their mentors in the dance they practiced at camp. They wore their t-shirts from camps and big smiles!
The Little Lancers Cheerleading Camp is an annual event and an opportunity for young students to practice athletic skills and teamwork with Liberty mentors.
